2023 SITC International Headquarters Training Launch Briefing

In May 2023, the management skills training for each center of SITC International Headquarters has been fully launched . This year's training is carried out by the three training groups of the administrative center & financial center, SAP operation and maintenance department, financial center, and operation management center. , digital operation system and construction, future finance in the intelligent era, etc. Oriented training is provided for different positions and groups of people, focusing on the improvement of execution, management skills, team communication and cooperation, knowledge and skills related to finance and taxation, and IT job knowledge and skills.

Through some of the learned courses, the organization conducted discussions and communication, combined the learned content with itself, summarized past work problems and planned the outlook for future work. I believe that through this year's training, everyone can apply what they have learned, continuously improve their management and work capabilities, and realize self-worth in various positions.
