Management skills training in June 2024 - Taiwan Container Shipping

SITC Taiwan's 2024 management skills training was officially launched in June. The training lasted for three months and was conducted in the form of video lectures and OA questions after class. According to the different professional positions of the trainees, the courses were divided into three categories: general courses for all, marketing courses, and finance and human resources courses, with a total of 18 classes, to ensure that employees in different positions can receive targeted training.

This round of training aims to improve the trainees' efficient communication skills, master structured thinking methods, solve problems encountered in daily work more promptly, and improve work efficiency.
