On June 14 , 2024 , Haifeng E-Commerce's 2024 management skills training was officially launched. The training lasted for 3 months . According to business development and employee needs, 9 training courses were selected. The content mainly included risk management, professional skills, communication skills, sales thinking, employee motivation, plan execution, leadership, etc.

Through the study of the three courses in June , employees can deepen their understanding of financial risks and control, improve their daily office comprehensive skills, and broaden their ideas for change to promote development.
