Management Skills Training Brief in June 2024--SITC Lines Indonesia & Logistics Indonesia

On June 7, 2024, SITC Container Lines Indonesia and Logistics Indonesia's 2024 annual management skills training officially started. This round of training selected a total of 10 courses based on work content and employee needs, and was taught by internal employee lecturers and participated in online by various offices .

The first training topics were "Human Resources Administration and OA System" and "Customer Management (Information System)". Through the training, everyone became more familiar with the operation process of the OA system, had a better understanding of the current customer situation in Indonesia, and strengthened everyone's customer service awareness and ability. The use of the system not only improved work efficiency, but also provided customers with better and more efficient services.
