On April 24, 2024, Meng Qingbin, Chairman and Party Secretary of the Qingdao CPPCC Committee of Shandong Province, Li Suman, Vice Chairman of the Qingdao CPPCC Committee of Shandong Province and Party Group Member, Li Fengli, General Manager of Shandong Port Group, Yang Changjun, Deputy Minister of the United Front Work Department of Qingdao Municipal Committee of Shandong Province, Shandong Port Su Jianguang, Chairman of Qingdao Port Group, and his delegation visited SITC International. Yang Xianxiang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SITC International, Liu Kecheng, General Manager of the Finance Center and Investment Center, Xue Peng, General Manager of the Operation Management Center and other leaders attended the meeting.

Chairman Yang first expressed his sincere gratitude to Qingdao City, Shandong Province and Shandong Port Group for their support and help to SITC, introduced the company’s three major business sectors and future key development areas, and briefly reviewed SITC’s work in Shandong Ports. Especially the business situation in Qingdao Port. Chairman Meng spoke highly of SITC's rapid and steady development and conducted in-depth exchanges on supply chain logistics, ship registration, business environment and other aspects. General Manager Li Fengli introduced the integrated reform and development of Shandong Ports, and discussed and exchanged views with the participating parties on the development of container business in Shandong Ports and the focus of next-step cooperation with SITC.
