Unite our hearts and minds to forge ahead; join hands with SITC to create brilliance together - Briefing on the 2024 Team Building Activities of SITC West Malaysia

From October 12 to 13, 2024, all employees of SITC Lines West Malaysia gathered in Ipoh, Malaysia, to carry out a unique team-building activity .

The activity first arranged communication skills training, which aims to help employees understand each other's diverse personality traits and work styles, promote mutual understanding and respect, and enhance effective communication skills. In order to put what they have learned into practice, the activity specially arranged outdoor team games. In a series of carefully designed challenges, everyone actively used the newly learned communication skills, worked together, and overcame difficulties. In a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, the friendship between colleagues was deepened, and the teamwork ability was significantly improved.

This team-building activity not only improved the communication skills of employees, but also inspired them to create value for the company.
