SITC International Management Review Meeting and Mid-level Manager Training Briefing from January to August 2024

From September 29 to September 30, 2024 , SITC International held the "Management Review Meeting and Training for Middle-level Managers from January to August 2024". SITC International Chairman of the Board Yang Xianxiang, CEO Xue Mingyuan, Vice Chairman of the Board Yang Xin, heads of SITC International's subsidiaries and above attended the meeting, and business position managers and above assigned by the business group attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Chief Independent Non-Executive Director Xie Shaoyi and Vice President of Product Gu Bing shared their views on the theme of "Application of Artificial Intelligence in Enterprise Management". Chairman Yang Xianxiang summarized the major changes of SITC International in 2024, analyzed the trend of the world economic environment and the shipping industry, and said that SITC International should focus on the development of information technology, safe production and talent reserve to prepare for the next cycle. CEO Xue Mingyuan proposed that it is necessary to set goals to get out of the comfort zone, break through bottlenecks and continue to innovate; clarify responsibilities, rights and interests and continuously promote the digitalization and refinement of management.

The general managers of each center at the group headquarters and the presidents of the business groups gave a summary of their work at the meeting and reported on their work plans for the next stage.
