Singapore branch start operating.

2013

The Second-Phase Depot of SITC DINH VU Logistics officially put into use.

Established SITC New Port Logistics Co., Ltd. in Ho Chi Minh City.

Purchased entire equity of five cargo companies, including HUASHAN/TAISHAN/HUANGSHAN/LUSHAN/ZHOUSHAN.

Founded 9 new shipping agencies and freight forwarding networks and putted into operation in Weihai, Kunshan, Yiwu, Beijing, Southwest (Nanning) in China, Hanoi in Vietnam, Jakarta in Indonesia, and Sihanouk in Cambodia.

2014

Acquired one second-hand dry bulk vessel in 1H2014. As of 30 Jun2014, SITC container shipping capacity reached 78,748TEU

Continued to expand the intra-Asia routes and commenced ten new service port, i.e. Shantou, Taicang, Zhanjiang, Qinzhou in China, Tokuyama in Japan, Subic, Batangas in Philippines, Danang in Vietnam, Inchon in Korea, Bangkok in Thailand.

Complete the acquisition of the shares of TIAN JIN XIN HUA XI LOGISTICS CO., LTD.

Complete the acquisition of the shares of Qingdao Smartcargo Logistics Co., Ltd.

2015

Acquired ten new container vessels and two second-hand container vessels in 2015. As of 31 Dec 2015, SITC container shipping capacity reached 86,948TEU.

Continued to expand the intra-Asia routes and commenced nine new service ports. i.e. Quanzhou, Kota Kinabulu, Muara, Kuching, Cebu, Cagayan De Oro, Senbuku, Surabaya, Makassar.

Continued to expand our land-based logistics network and commenced eight new service outlets, i.e. Zhongshan, Jiaozhou, Nanchang, Qinzhou, Cebu, Cagayan De Oro, Makassar, Sihanouk.

Two self-operated depots in Thailand, one in Bangkok and one in Laem Chabang, Commenced business.

The board of SITC was awarded wit “Directors of the Year Awards 2015” by the Hong Kong institute of Directors.

2016

Acquired two new and two second hand container vessels in 2016. As of 31 Dec 2016, SITC container shipping capacity reached 99,986TEU.

Continued to expand the intra-Asia routed and commenced new service at ports of Kelang, Omaezaki, Chu Lai, Semarang, Davao, General Santos City, and Shantou.

SAAS Logistics Holdings Limited, Commenced business.

One self-operated depot in Ningbo, commenced business.

SITC International Holdings Co., Ltd. (HK 1308) be selected as a constituent company of Hang Seng Corporate Sustainability Benchmark Index.

SITC be transferred into the SHANG-HK STOCKS CONNECT.

On the Global Trade and Container Transportation Conference 2016, SITC won the top 10 Container carrier of the global satisfaction award.

SITC International was awarded “Best Technology for Treasury Management” in the SCB Award Ceremony.

2017

Continued to expand the intra-Asia routed and commenced new service at ports of Ulsan, Wenzhou.

Land-based business network extended to Malaysia, marked by the establishment of branch in Bintulu Sarawak.

On the 5^th Tao Zhu Gong Awards ceremony, SITC won 5^th Taozhu Gong Awards in Best Working Capital Management by Euro Finance.

2018

Continued to expand the intra-Asia routed and commenced new service at six ports of Nansha, Zhang Jiagang, Kelang, Singapore and Sendai.

Business network extended in Indonesia, marked by the establishment of branch in Balikpapan.

Exercised options for construction of 7 container vessels.

Initiated strategic cooperation with Guangzhou Port and the new route at Guangzhou Port Nansha Port Phase lll Terminal.

Launched new model of sea-rail combined transportation comprehensively by strategic cooperation with several outside partners.

Expanded container depot business with an extension to Dalian in China and expansion of the depot at Ho Chi Minh in Vietnam.

On the 6^th Tao Zhu Gong Awards ceremony, SITC was awarded as “the Winner in Top Local or Global Banking Solution”.

2019

Continued to expand the intra-Asia routed and commenced new service at port of Taipei, Penang and PasirGudang.

Took delivery of 5 new-built vessels.

Established the multi-mode transportation company.

Stroke a strategic agreement with CRCT for rail-sea intermodal transportation.

Singed a South African Logistics joint venture with Hisense Group and Israel EXIT.

2020

Continued to expand the intra-Asia routed and commenced new service at port of Rizhao, Singapore, QuiNhon, Kuantan and Chittagong. SITC launches Southeast Asia-Qingdao Express service and Tianjin-Hochiming–Bintulu-Quy Hhon service.

Add 6 new container vessels and 2 Second-hand vessels to own fleet.

SITC Logistics Indonesia Jakarta Depot was established.

SITC launches Qinghai International Intermodal train with Railway Containers for overseas Business via West-Bound Passage.

2021

Continued to expand the intra-Asia routes, four new self-operated routes were added in the year ,the existing 74 services routes.

SITC opened new routes to West Malaysia, Myanmar and the Russian Far East.

Two newly built container vessels and one second-hand container vessel in added to own fleet, 68 self-owned vessels.

18 orders for newly built container vessels were added, a total of 36 new vessels will be delivered from 2022 to 2024.

SITC Logistics Xiamen, SITC Logistics Indonesia Surabaya and Semarang Depot were established.

The sea-rail container for Vietnam—Guangzhou—Europe via “Silk Road on land and sea” cooperated by SITC—China Railway—Guangzhou Port Group was launched for the first time.

2022

Continued to expand the intra-Asia routes, the number of operating routes increased to 77.

7 newly built container vessels added to own fleet.

6 orders for newly built container vessels were added, and 35 orders for newly built container vessels are now held.

Smart Depot Service (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and SITC Logistics Indonesia Semarang Depot opened.

The unveiling ceremony of SITC E-Commerce was successfully held.

The success maiden Rail-Sea voyage on SITC “EUROPE-DALIAN-JAPAN’ route.

The launching ceremony of SITC first “Silk Road Shipping” e-commerce express line was held in Xiamen Port.
