Management Skills Training Briefing in June 2024 - Container Shipping West Malaysia

In June 2024 , SITC Container Lines West Malaysia Annual Management Skills Training was officially launched. This training combined the company's job function requirements and employee development aspirations, and selected a total of 8 courses. The course was conducted in a combination of video, PPT teaching and after-class question-answering.

The training content covers time management, workplace psychology, leadership, marketing strategy, business negotiation and general workplace skills, etc. The training aims to enhance employees' time management awareness, improve work efficiency, enhance teamwork ability, build a first-class team, and provide customers with more efficient and better services.
