SITC International January-August 2023 Management Review Meeting Briefing

On October 10 , 2023 , SITC International held the " Management Review Meeting from January to August 2023 " . Mr. Yang Shaopeng, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SITC International, Mr. Yang Xianxiang, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO , SITC International general manager or above, independent operating personnel, and independent financial controllers attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Chairman Yang Shaopeng commented and summarized SITC International ’s performance from January to August . In the context of a rapidly changing economy, it is necessary to build confidence, continue to prevent risks, comprehensively deploy and develop sustainably. CEO Yang Xianxiang analyzed that in the context of the global market economic situation, European and American inflation, and the overlapping of Chinese cycles, the shipping industry is facing pressure on transportation capacity, cargo volume, and freight rates. We need to focus on products, services, internal management, employee capabilities, and improve efficiency, etc. respond proactively.

The general managers of each center of the group headquarters, the president of the business group, and the general managers of the container shipping yards in Shanghai and Thailand respectively reported on their respective companies’ work summaries and work plans for the next stage at the meeting.
